1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "wyn4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online betting platform operated under the brand name wyn4d, accessible at https://wyn4d.cam and any associated mobile applications or subdomains.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses our services.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account registered by a Player on the wyn4d platform.
• "Services" refers to all online betting, gaming, and related services provided by wyn4d, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming products.
• "Deposit" refers to any transfer of funds from a Player to their wyn4d Account using approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" refers to any transfer of funds from a Player's wyn4d Account to their registered bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by wyn4d to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC (Know Your Customer)" refers to the identity verification process requiring Players to submit government-issued identification and proof of address.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By registering an Account with wyn4d, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are legally present in Indonesia at the time of Account registration and use.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are registering and using the Account solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party or for any commercial purpose.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information.
• You have not previously been excluded from using wyn4d services due to gambling addiction, fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or any other reason.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any other person or entity.

wyn4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination. Any winnings accumulated prior to successful age verification will be forfeited if you are found to be underage.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Registration

To use wyn4d services, you must register a personal Account by providing the following information:

• Full legal name (as shown on your KTP)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Secure password meeting our minimum requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)

You may only register one (1) Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Never share your password with any third party
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Notify wyn4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Use strong, unique passwords that are not used on other websites
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available

wyn4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and deposits made using your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming practices, wyn4d requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all four corners and with no expired date
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document)

KYC verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours during business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if needed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be subject to restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

wyn4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian banking and payment methods:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (where available and subject to processor limits)

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and Account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon bank confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. wyn4d reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but large withdrawals (above Rp 100.000.000) may be processed in installments for security reasons.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (09:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed first thing the following business day. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name and verified through KYC documentation.

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process
• You have wagered your deposit at least one (1) time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations
• All Bonus wagering requirements have been met, or you have forfeited any active Bonus funds
• There are no ongoing investigations into fraudulent activity or Terms violations on your Account

wyn4d reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions. We may also request additional verification documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.3 Fees and Currency

wyn4d does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. All transactions on wyn4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, they will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

wyn4d offers various Bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the promotional materials for each offer.

By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms and conditions. Failure to meet Bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to withdrawable cash by completing the stated wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager the Bonus amount thirty times before it becomes withdrawable cash). Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from Bonus issuance), or the Bonus and any associated winnings will expire.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10-20% contribution depending on game type
• Sports betting: Varies by odds (typically minimum odds 1.50 required for contribution)

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wyn4d has zero tolerance for Bonus abuse. The following activities are considered Bonus abuse and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate Bonus terms
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event)
• Claiming Bonuses with no intention of genuine gameplay

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on wyn4d are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once accepted by our system. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming your wager. wyn4d is not liable for errors made by Players when placing bets.

We reserve the right to void any bet that:

• Was placed after the event has already started (for pre-match bets)
• Was placed using obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Was placed using insider information or knowledge of the event outcome
• Violates any betting rule or regulation
• Was placed on a suspended or closed market

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on wyn4d is available for football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MMA, and other sports. Betting markets include match winner (1X2), Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), correct score, accumulator bets (mix parlay), and live in-play betting.

All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. 6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on wyn4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and payout tables are available within each game. wyn4d does not manipulate game outcomes; all games are independently tested and certified by third-party auditors.

• Errors in betting odds or game results caused by third-party providers
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials

In no event shall wyn4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arose. You agree to indemnify and hold wyn4d harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

8. Account Termination and Closure

8.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your Account. Any active Bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.

8.2 Termination by wyn4d

wyn4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• Created multiple Accounts or colluded with other Players
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Used our services for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Manipulated games or exploited technical errors for personal gain

Upon termination, all Bonuses and winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Any remaining legitimate funds will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online betting services. Any disputes arising from your use of wyn4d services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and wyn4d.
